Counselling
Coaching
Training and facilitation
Counselling offers a confidential space to explore feelings, experiences, and patterns that may be affecting your wellbeing, relationships, or sense of self.
People come to counselling for many reasons — feeling overwhelmed, navigating loss or change, living with long-term stress, or wanting to better understand themselves. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from counselling, and there is no expectation to have clear answers when you begin.
My counselling work is relational, reflective, and trauma-informed. I work at your pace, supporting you to explore what feels important with care and respect.
Counselling may help you to:
-
make sense of difficult or confusing experiences
-
understand emotional patterns and responses
-
process loss, change, or identity shifts
-
feel more grounded and resourced
-
develop greater self-understanding and self-compassion
Sessions are shaped around your needs and priorities, and we regularly check in about how the work is feeling and what is most helpful.
Coaching supports reflection, clarity, and forward movement when you are ready to think about change, direction, or next steps.
People seek coaching when they want to:
-
gain perspective on a situation
-
build confidence or motivation
-
navigate decisions or transitions
-
clarify goals and priorities
-
move forward in a way that feels aligned and sustainable
My coaching approach is thoughtful and collaborative. Rather than offering advice or quick fixes, I work alongside you to explore what matters, what is possible, and how you want to move forward.
Coaching sessions focus on:
-
increasing awareness and insight
-
exploring options and perspectives
-
strengthening confidence and agency
-
identifying practical, achievable actions
Many clients experience coaching with me as reflective rather than directive, with space to think as well as space to act.
Alongside one-to-one work, I offer training, facilitation, and reflective spaces for organisations, groups, and teams.
My training is grounded in:
-
psychological understanding
-
lived experience of disability and neurodiversity
-
reflective and ethical practice
-
practical application
I offer training and workshops around topics such as:
-
mental wellbeing and resilience
-
neurodiversity and disability inclusion
-
co-production and participation
-
reflective practice and ethical working
-
supporting carers and staff under sustained pressure
Sessions can be adapted for different settings and audiences, and are designed to be thoughtful, inclusive, and practical.
