Services
I offer three main ways of working: counselling, coaching, and training. If you are not sure which is right for you, a free call is the easiest way to find out.

Counselling
Counselling is a confidential space to explore feelings, experiences, and patterns that may be affecting your wellbeing, relationships, or sense of self.
People come to counselling for many reasons — feeling overwhelmed, navigating loss or change, living with long-term stress, or simply wanting to understand themselves better. You don't need to be in crisis, and you don't need clear answers when you begin.
My counselling is relational, reflective, and trauma-informed. I work at your pace, with care and respect for what feels important.
Counselling might help you to:
-
Make sense of difficult or confusing experiences
-
Understand emotional patterns and responses
-
Process loss, change, or identity shifts
-
Feel more grounded and resourced
-
Develop greater self-understanding and self-compassion

Coaching
Coaching supports reflection, clarity, and forward movement when you are ready to think about change, direction, or next steps.
My coaching is thoughtful and collaborative. Rather than giving advice or quick fixes, I work alongside you to explore what matters, what is possible, and how you want to move forward. Many clients experience it as reflective rather than directive — with space to think as well as space to act.
Coaching might help you to:
-
Gain perspective on a situation
-
Build confidence and motivation
-
Navigate decisions or transitions
-
Clarify goals and priorities
-
Move forward in a way that feels aligned and sustainable

Training and facilitation
Alongside one-to-one work, I offer training, facilitation, and reflective spaces for organisations, groups, and teams.
My training is grounded in psychological understanding, lived experience of disability and neurodiversity, and reflective, ethical practice. Sessions are practical, inclusive, and adapted to your setting.
Topics I offer include:
-
Mental wellbeing and resilience
-
Neurodiversity and disability inclusion
-
Co-production and participation
-
Reflective practice and ethical working
-
Supporting carers and staff under sustained pressure
Sessions can be delivered as one-off workshops, short series, or ongoing reflective spaces, and can be shaped around your specific context. Fees are tailored to the work — please get in touch to discuss.
