Counselling in Exeter and online
Many of the people I work with are holding down a job, studying or caring for someone, while also living with a health condition, a recent diagnosis or a difficult stretch of life. Counselling gives you a space that is just for you, where you don't have to hold it all together.

Counselling
Counselling is a confidential space to explore feelings, experiences, and patterns that may be affecting your wellbeing, relationships, or sense of self.
People come to counselling for many reasons: feeling overwhelmed, navigating loss or change, living with long-term stress or chronic illness, adjusting to a diagnosis, or simply wanting to understand themselves better. You don't need to be in crisis, and you don't need clear answers when you begin.
My counselling is relational, reflective, and trauma-informed. I work at your pace, with care and respect for what feels important.
I have a particular interest in working with people who are neurodivergent, learning disabled, or living with chronic illness, and with those who care for them.

Counselling or coaching?
Counselling is for when feelings, past experiences or a hard time are getting in the way. Coaching is for when you're broadly coping and want to make practical changes, often at work. If you're not sure, we can work it out together on a free call.
